When i read though chapter 6 i learned how a company use ICT and the interet to increase their sales and their Publicity. this chapter was quite easy to get though. If showed me how to create noline forms and faxing.

This chapter on powerpoint was very interesting, but most of the functions in this chapter i already knew how to perform. Even though it was helpful to refresh my memory. no problems

I have learned how to create a letter effictely and how to lay it out proprely and how to create a documet template and how to inseert feilds to change the document to how you wish it to be used. this chapter was useful to me but i already kew most of the infomation in the chapter, but this helped to refresh my memory

In chapter 3 i have learned how to insert a table of contents into word and how to use a footnote correctly, and how to use cross referncing and buliding an index of entries. this chapter has been very usefull because it has taught me how to do all these new functions

I alredy knew a fair deal rom this chapter but reading though it and performing the commands it told me to has helped me refine my technique, it showed me how to format text and the special functions of tables. i didnt find anything in this chapter to challenging.

I have learned how to fully utilise words spell checking ability’s, I have also learned how to create my own dictionary. I have also learnt hat if you change the font size and style it can appeal to different individuals. I have learned how to adapt words spell checking ability’s to suit different audiences for example; young children or a manger of a company. I learned how to confidently use the thesaurus, which helped me create draft copies of writing. When creating these copies I learned how to use the readability to access my documents. I have finally found something that’s useful in word
